My sweet friend Denise invited me to her church’s Christmas Cookie Exchange that was tonight. I was super excited to go but the hectic schedule of my life got the best of me and there was no way I’d be able to bake in time. I told Denise that I’d still like to go but I’d just socialize (which hey, sounded super anyway). To my total surprise, she BLESSED me by baking a set of cookies for me too. Not only didn’t I go empty handed but I also ended up with many dozens of yummy treats. Don’t I have a great friend? I sure think so. Thank you Denise, I love you.
